Majorly Sangiovese + small portion of Canaiolo and Colorino. Magnums were bottled for winery's private use originally. The main grape of the region is Chardonnay (Melon d'Arbois). Chardonnay covers 50% of vineyards area. It's a juicy, fruity, smooth and dense, Jura's Chardonnay. Delicious.
Terroir : Mareuil, Mutigny, Epernay, Avenay, Festigny. Pinot-Noir 65%, Pinot Meunier 20% and Chardonnay 15%. 2020 50%, 2019 15% and reserve wine. Dosage 2g/l. Dégorgement : The second quarter of 2023
